About us

Joya Digital is a digital marketing agency working with a growing roster of clients across ecommerce, home services, and consumer brands. We’re scaling our sales engine and looking for our first dedicated Business Development Representative.

The role

You’ll own the top of our sales funnel: finding the right prospects, starting the conversation, and setting up qualified meetings for our sales team to close. Prospecting will be focused entirely on the US market, so you’ll be working US hours overlap and speaking to US-based businesses. This is a foundational hire, you’ll help build the outbound playbook, not just execute one that already exists.

What you’ll do

• Prospect and build target lists of ideal-fit clients in the US market
• Run outbound campaigns across email and LinkedIn
• Qualify inbound leads and route them appropriately
• Book qualified meetings for the founder/sales team
• Track activity and pipeline in our CRM
• Use Claude and our other AI tools daily to speed up research, outreach, and messaging
• Test messaging and outreach sequences, and report on what’s working

What we’re looking for

• 1-2 years of experience; fresh grads welcome
• Background at a digital marketing agency
• Hands-on experience running email marketing campaigns and LinkedIn outreach/campaigns
• Comfortable using AI tools, specifically Claude, as part of your daily workflow
• Fluent in English, written and spoken, you’ll be the first impression of Joya to US prospects
• Comfortable with high-volume outreach and rejection
• Organized and self-directed; we’re a small team and you’ll own your pipeline

Senior Account Manager (Remote) — Performance Marketing

Role Summary

We’re hiring a Senior Account Manager to fully own client relationships and lead performance marketing strategy across paid media and SEO. You will run client calls, guide strategy, coordinate internal execution, and be accountable for performance outcomes.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Own client relationships end-to-end as the primary point of contact
• Lead weekly client calls with clarity, confidence, and strong follow-through
• Drive performance marketing strategy across Paid Ads and SEO/GEO, aligned to business goals
• Translate performance data into actionable insights and next steps clients understand
• Coordinate internal team members (media buyers, designers, SEO, content) to ensure deadlines are met
• Review deliverables to ensure they match strategy and performance priorities
• Proactively identify growth opportunities, tests, and upsell paths to expand account impact
• Ensure high client satisfaction, strong retention, and account profitability
• Mentor and support team members as needed to maintain quality and accountability

Required Skills & Experience (Non-Negotiables)

• 7 to 10 years of experience in performance marketing
• Deep understanding of performance marketing, including:
  • Paid Ads (Meta, Google, and other key platforms)
  • SEO/GEO and content-led growth strategies
  • Marketing strategy, positioning, and funnel thinking
• Fluent English with excellent writing and speaking skills (client-facing, professional level)
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to communicate insights simply and confidently
• Strong ownership mindset: proactive, reliable, and deadline-driven
• Experience working with the US Market

Success Metrics (How We Measure This Role)

• Client retention and satisfaction (high trust, zero churn due to service issues)
• Account growth through strategy, optimization, and strong execution
• Consistent communication cadence (weekly calls, clear updates, strong reporting)
• High quality of deliverables, on time, without rework or confusion

Work Schedule

• Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST

Compensation

• $2,500 to $3,000 per month, plus performance-based bonus
