Role Summary
This is a training role, and we mean that properly. You will sit with our founder and senior team in El Gouna and learn performance marketing from the ground up: paid ads, SEO, client strategy and account management. We teach you the craft, hand you real accounts as you are ready for them, and hold you to a high standard while you learn.
Marketing experience is preferred. If you have the fundamentals and the drive to be trained properly, we want to hear from you.
What You Will Learn and Do
- Sit in on client calls, then run them yourself once you are ready
- Learn how paid ads work on Meta and Google, from account setup through optimization
- Learn SEO and content led growth, and how it connects to the wider strategy
- Read performance data and turn it into clear next steps
- Coordinate with media buyers, designers, SEO and content so deadlines are met
- Check deliverables against the strategy before they reach the client
- Write client updates and reports that are short, clear and actually useful
- Grow into full ownership of client relationships
Who We Are Looking For
- Marketing experience preferred. We will train the right person from scratch
- Solid grasp of marketing fundamentals
- Fluent English, written and spoken, at a professional client facing level
- Clear thinker who can explain complicated things simply
- Reliable, proactive and comfortable being held to deadlines
- Coachable. You take feedback and apply it the same week
- Based in El Gouna or Hurghada, or ready to relocate. This role is on-site, not remote

- How fast you pick things up, and whether the same correction comes up twice
- Quality of your work, delivered on time, without rework
- Client trust and satisfaction on the accounts you support
- Consistent communication: clear updates, strong reporting, no surprises
Work Schedule
Monday to Friday, 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM Cairo time. On-site at our El Gouna office.
