Senior Paid Media Manager – (Remote)

Joya Digital is a fast-growing digital marketing agency serving 30+ clients across North America and Europe. We’re looking for an A+ Senior Paid Media Manager to join our Cairo-based team and take full ownership of client accounts.

This remote role is based in Cairo, Egypt, with working hours from 9 AM to 5 PM EST (Monday to Friday).

What You’ll Be Doing

• Own Paid Media Performance: Build, manage, optimize, and scale paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and LinkedIn Ads. You’ll take full ownership from strategy to execution.

• Lead Client Communication: Run client calls in fluent English. You’ll be the strategic advisor, delivering clarity, confidence, and insight to clients.

• Dig Into the Data: Monitor performance metrics, draw out insights, and apply them to make smart, ROI-focused decisions.

• Audit & Strategize: Perform in-depth audits of client accounts and present detailed, actionable strategies for improvement.

• Spy on the Competition: Analyze competitor activity and leverage it to inform campaign strategy and positioning.

• Report Like a Pro: Create clear, professional weekly and monthly reports that clients value and understand.

• Collaborate & Lead: Work with a team of high performers while independently managing your own accounts like a boss.

• Paid Media Pro: You have 7+ years of hands-on experience running large-scale campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• Fluent English Speaker: You can confidently lead professional client calls and write top-tier reports and presentations.
• Data-Driven: You don’t guess — you analyze, test, and optimize based on performance metrics.
• Deadline Obsessed: You never miss a deadline, and you deliver what you promise — no excuses.
