Senior Account Manager (Remote) — Performance Marketing

Role Summary
We’re hiring a Senior Account Manager to fully own client relationships and lead performance marketing strategy across paid media and SEO. You will run client calls, guide strategy, coordinate internal execution, and be accountable for performance outcomes.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Own client relationships end-to-end as the primary point of contact
- Lead weekly client calls with clarity, confidence, and strong follow-through
- Drive performance marketing strategy across Paid Ads and SEO/GEO, aligned to business goals
- Translate performance data into actionable insights and next steps clients understand
- Coordinate internal team members (media buyers, designers, SEO, content) to ensure deadlines are met
- Review deliverables to ensure they match strategy and performance priorities
- Proactively identify growth opportunities, tests, and upsell paths to expand account impact
- Ensure high client satisfaction, strong retention, and account profitability
- Mentor and support team members as needed to maintain quality and accountability
Required Skills & Experience (Non-Negotiables)
- 7 to 10 years of experience in performance marketing
- Deep understanding of performance marketing, including:
- Paid Ads (Meta, Google, and other key platforms)
- SEO/GEO and content-led growth strategies
- Marketing strategy, positioning, and funnel thinking
- Fluent English with excellent writing and speaking skills (client-facing, professional level)
- Strong analytical thinking and ability to communicate insights simply and confidently
- Strong ownership mindset: proactive, reliable, and deadline-driven
- Experience working with the US Market
Success Metrics (How We Measure This Role)
- Client retention and satisfaction (high trust, zero churn due to service issues)
- Account growth through strategy, optimization, and strong execution
- Consistent communication cadence (weekly calls, clear updates, strong reporting)
- High quality of deliverables, on time, without rework or confusion
Work Schedule
- Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST
Compensation
- $2,500 to $3,000 per month, plus performance-based bonus
