Senior Account Manager – (Remote)

Joya Digital is a fast-growing full-service digital marketing agency serving 30+ clients across North America and Europe. We specialize in Paid Media, SEO, content, strategy, and digital execution across a wide range of industries, including tech, e-commerce, local services, healthcare, and mobile apps.

As we scale, we’re looking for a Senior Account Manager who can step in and take full ownership of our client relationships and day-to-day operations, allowing the founder to focus on business growth. This is a critical leadership position — perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, knows digital marketing inside and out, and can confidently lead both clients and teams.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of high-value clients.
  • Lead client meetings, communicate strategies and results, and maintain strong relationships built on trust and expertise.
  • Coordinate internal team members (media buyers, SEO specialists, designers, content creators) to ensure smooth execution and delivery.
  • Review all client-facing deliverables for quality and strategic alignment before they’re shared.
  • Monitor performance metrics and campaign progress to ensure expectations and KPIs are being met.
  • Troubleshoot problems quickly and proactively; own results and take full accountability.
  • Lead project timelines, workflows, and ensure all deadlines are met without exception.
  • Work closely with the founder to provide insights on client satisfaction, account growth opportunities, and operational improvements.

Who You Are

  • Experienced: You have at least 7 years of experience in account management roles within digital marketing agencies (must have).
  • Fluent in English: You can communicate with clients in North America and Europe confidently in writing and on calls — no exceptions.
  • Strategically Sharp: You understand SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and digital strategy well enough to advise clients and guide internal teams.
  • Detail-Oriented: You don’t miss a beat — nothing slips through the cracks under your watch.
  • Reliable and Resourceful: You take full ownership of your accounts and solve problems before they escalate.
  • Leadership-Driven: You manage people and projects proactively, not reactively, and take pride in leading both clients and team members with professionalism.

Work Environment

  • Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM EST to align with our clients in North America and Europe.
  • Remote-First with Future Hybrid Transition: Begin working remotely with the expectation of transitioning to a hybrid model when we move into our new headquarters in the New Administrative Capital next year.
